We are dedicated to providing high-quality architectural and decorative lighting solutions for our clients, including homeowners, interior designers, and professional contractors. Because our inventory consists of specialized items such as LED profiles, magnetic track systems, and advanced power drivers, every transaction is handled with rigorous quality control before dispatch. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully prior to placing your order, as it outlines the important terms regarding final sales, non-refundable items, and the strict conditions under which our company operates.
All sales at Alba Lighting are considered to be final because of the highly technical nature of the lighting fixtures provided. As such, our official Return and Refund Policy dictates that we do not provide refunds, returns, and/or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong measurement, or project changes. Lighting installation depends heavily on precise measurements, electrical capacities, and architectural compatibility. Therefore, clients are strongly encouraged to verify all dimensions, specifications, technical requirements, and quantities before purchasing any product from us to ensure they perfectly match your design and engineering needs.
Exception: Damaged and Defective Goods
We take immense pride in the quality, durability, and performance of our products. While we maintain a strict final sale policy, we stand by the physical condition of our shipments upon arrival. If an item arrives compromised due to transit mishaps or a verified factory defect, we ensure a fair resolution process.
Inspection:
We require that you or your designated contractor inspect your order thoroughly as soon as you receive it from our delivery service.
Notice:
Official notice of transit damage and defects in manufacturing must be received within 48 hours after delivery. Claims reported after this designated window cannot be processed or verified.
Claim Resolution:
Claims that are successfully verified will be subject to a replacement of the exact product ordered. Please note that product that has been installed, cut, modified, and/or wired incorrectly will not be eligible for a claim.
